Rules of writing formal letters in English

There are a number of conditions that should be used when writing a formal letter. Furthermore, you try to write as simply and as clearly as possible, and not to make the letter longer than necessary. Remember not to use non-official language as the vernacular.

Address

Address should be written at the top right corner of the message

Address of the person who Petrzle letter should be written on the left, starting from below your address on the right


History


Different people put the date on both sides of the letter. You can write on the right or left under the heading

Write a title for the topic you want to talk about



Greeting

but you shouldn't use the word message
because letter and message are different
