Some of the most wonderful sayings of the wise and philosophers (1)
1 ـ ليسَ كُلُّ سُقوطٍ نهاية ، فَسُقوطُ المطر أجمل بداية .
Not every fall is bad; it is a beautiful start when rain falls.
2 ـ أَفْضلُ وسيلَةٍ لِتحقيق أَحلامِكَ هي أَنْ تستيقظ .
The best way to achieve your dreams is to wake up.
3 ـ إِذا لَمْ تُخَطِّطْ لأَهْدافِكَ ، ليسَ مِن حقّك أَنْ تَنْدَم على عدم تحقيقها .
If you do not plan for your goals, you have no right to regret not achieving them
4 ـ ألضرباتُ القوِيَّة تُهَشِّمُ ( تُكَسِّرُ ) الزُّجاج فقط ، لَكِنَّها تُصْقِلُ الحديد .
Strong hits only shatter the glass, but it shapes Iron.
5 ـ إِنْصَحْ دُونَ أَنْ تَفضح ، وعاتِبْ دون أَنْ تَجرح .
Advice without scandalizing, Caution (someone for something they did) without hurting their feelings
6 ـ لا تَهْتَمْ لِثرثرةِ الآخَرين ، ما دُمْتَ مُقتَنِعاُ بِما تَفعل.
Don’t mind the others gossip, if you believe in what you do.
7 ـ إِنَّ الجُهدَ الذي تبذُلُهُ اليوم لَنْ يخونكَ أبداً ، فاجْعَلْهُ صديقاً .
The hard work you do today will never betray you late, so make it (the hard work) your friend.
8 ـ عَوِّدْ نَفْسَكَ على التجاهُل ، فليسَ كُلّ ما يُقال يَسْتَحِقُّ الرَّد .
Train yourself to ignore, because not everything you hear deserves a respond.
9 ـ أَجملُ الأحداث في حياة الإنسان تأتي دونَ تخطيط مسبق .
Best events that happen in human life are the ones that come without planning.

10 ـ مُخالَفَتي لكَ في الرأي لا تعني أنّي عَدُوّك .
I am not your enemy if I don’t agree with your opinion
11 ـ سَلّّحْ عقلكَ بالعِلم خيرٌ مِن أَنْْ تُزَيِّن جسدَكَ بالجواهر .
Equipping yourself with knowledge is far better than adorning yourself with jewels.

12 ـ ألكلامُ كالدواء ، إِنْ أَقْلَلْتَ مِنْهُ نَفع ، وإِنْ أَكْثَرْتَ مِنْهُ قَتَل .
Speaking out is like medicine, beneficial if you don’t over do it. It kills if you over used it.
13 ـ عندما يمشي الكسل في الطريق فلا بُدَّ أَنْ يَلحَقَ بِهِ الفقر .
When laziness walks poverty will soon follow.
14 ـ الأصدقاء بالمواقف وليسوا بالسّنين ، حقيقة ستُدرِكُها يوماً ما .
Comrades are known by the stands they take not by the years. It is a fact that you will realize someday.
15 ـ الحقّ لا يُعرَفُ بِكَثْرَةِ الأَتباع ، وصوتُ الزجاج أعلى مِنْ صوت الذهب .
Justice is not measured by the number of followers. The glass sound is louder than gold.
16 ـ لا تَكُن ثقيلاً فيُستَغْنَى عنك ، ولا تكن خفيفاً فيُسْتَهانُ بك !
Don’t be a burden or people will leave you. Don’t be a clown or people will disrespect you.
17 ـ الصمتُ يمنحكَ متعةَ التَّنَزُّه في عقول الآخرين.
Silence is a virtue that will give you the pleasure to explore what is in others mind.
18 ـ يمتلك المُعلم أعظم مهنة إذ تتخرج على يديه جميع المهن الأخرى .
The teacher has the greatest profession as all other professions are his graduates.


19 ـ إحفظ قرشك الأبيض ليومك الأسود .
Save the excess money for your rainy days.

20 ـ لا تأخُذْ إِتِّجاهاً لا يُعْجِبُك فقط لأَنَّ الآخرين قد أخذوه
Don’t take a path you don’t like just because the others did.

21 ـ إِنْتَزِعْ أحلامَك من يد الحياة وبِقُوَّة !.
Take your dream from the hand of life by force.

22 ـ لا تنظرْ للخَلِف! أنتَ لنْ تسير في ذلك الإتجاه .
Don’t look back. You are not going in that direction.
23 ـ كلُّ الأبواب تُغْلَق إلا بابُ الله .
All doors will close except God’s door.

24 ـ إِذَا أَرَدْتَ شيئاً فأنتَ المسؤول عن تحقيقه .
If you desire something you are the one who is responsible to achieve it.
25 ـ كَرَمُ الله لا يَتأخّر، إنما يأتي في وقته المناسب
God’s generosity is not late. It comes at the right time
26 ـ البطيء الذي يرى هدفه، دائماً أسرع من الذي يركض بلا هدف .
The slow one who knows his goal is faster than the one who runs without any goal.
27 ـ مَنْ يحرص على إرضاء الجميع يخسر نفسه .
He who keens on pleasing everyone loses himself.

28 ـ الحِكَم والتجارب التي نتعلَّمْها من الكبار لم يحصلوا عليها مجاناً .
The wisdom and the experiences that we learn from the elders they didn’t get free.

29 ـ الخجل الدائم هم السبب الرئيسي لضياع الكثير من الفرص في الحياة .
Permanent shyness is the main reason why so many opportunities in life are lost.
30 ـ إِنْ تجرَّأتَ على أن تكون مختلفاً عليك أن تكون مستعداً للمهاجمة .
.if you dared to be different then be ready to be attacked.

31 ـ مِنَ الكمال أن تُدرِك نقصك ، ومن النقص أن تظنّ بأنك كامل .
Part of perfection is to comprehend that you are incomplete. And part of your imperfection is to think you are perfect.
32 ـ إِنْ لَمْ يكن الأمر صحيحاً فلا تفعله ،
وإن لم يكن القول صادقاً فلا تقوله !
If it isn’t right then don’t do it.
If it is not true then don’t say it
33 ـ المغفرة شيمة القوي .
Forgiveness is the nature of the strong.
34 ـ إبتسِمْ ! فلن يتغير العالم بحزنك .
Smile, the world won’t change by your sadness

35 ـ الفرق بين الانسان الناجح والآخرين ليس هو نقص المعرفة وإنما الإرادة .
The difference between a successful human and others is not due to lack of knowledge but rather to the will.
36 ـ إِنْ لم يكن هناك مَنْ ينتقدك فالأغلب أنك لن تنجح !
If there is none to criticize you then most likely you will not succeed.
37 ـ من أهم اسرار الفشل محاولة إرضاء جميع الناس.
One of the most important secrets of failure is trying to please all people.

38 ـ إفتقاد الناس يؤلمنا ، أما إفتقاد أنفسنا يكسرنا .
Losing people will pain us. But losing ourselves breaks us.
39 ـ الخوف يقتل أحلاماً أكثر مما يقتل الفشل .
Fear kills our dreams more than failure.
40 ـ السعادة أثمن من المال ، فلن تجد من يُقرِضك إياها !
Happiness is more important than money. You will never find a person who will loan it to you.
41 ـ مَن ْيُؤْمِن أَنَّ المال يفعل كلَّ شيء ..
يفعل كلَّ شيء من أجل المال !
He, who thinks that money does everything, Will do anything for the sake of money.
42 ـ لا تذكر أحداً بماضيه إذَا تغيّر للأفضل .
Don’t remind a person of his past if his life changes for the better.

43 ـ لا تُعَلِّقْ أَحداً بك ! إذَا كنتَ تنوي الرحيل عنه .
Don’t get involved with anyone if you were planning to leave them.
44 ـ لَن يفهمك إلا إثنين : أحدهما مَرَّ بحالتك والثاني يُحبك كثيراً .
Only two will understand you, someone who has been thru what you have been thru, and someone who loves you very much.
45 ـ على قدر عطائك يفتقدك الآخرون .
People will miss you to the extent of your generosity

46 ـ نحن ذلك الشعب المثقف الذي يمسح الزجاج بالجرائد ويقرأ من الفنجان !.
We are the educated generation that wipes the glass with a newspaper and tells your fortune out of a cup of coffee.
47 ـ الإبتعاد عن صغار العقول لا علاقة له بالغرور ، هناك فرق كبير بين الترفُّع والتكبُّر .
Keeping away from narrow minded people is not vanity; there is a big difference between high standard and egotism.

48 ـ أن تكون على حق لا يستوجب إن يكون صوتُك مرتفعاً .
Being right does not require your voice to be loud.
49 ـ التخمة أشدّ فتكاً من الجوع .
Obesity is deadlier than hunger.
50 ـ بعض الأحيان تنازُلك عن موقفك يحمي الجميع .
Sometimes giving up your standards protects everyone.
51 ـ لا يوجد هدف تحقق إلا و كان حلماً صغيراً ،البداية من الصفر ليس عيباً .
Every achieved goal started as a tiny dream. There is no shame in starting from scratch.
52 ـ كل شيء له بديل إلا الوالدين .
Everything has a substitute except parents.
53 ـ ولأنّك شديد التحمّل ظنوا بأنك لا تشعر .
Because you bear a lot, they thought you have no feelings.
54 ـ فقط عندما تصبح الردود مختصرة نُدرك أن وجودنا أصبح غير مرغوباً فيه .
Only when responses become brief we do realize that our presence is no longer required.
55 ـ أستطيع أن أستغني عن أي شخص ، إلا ذاك الذي بقلبه يحتويني !
I can dispense with anyone, except the one who engulfed me in his heart
56 ـ كم هم مساكين مَن ليس عندهم صبر .
How poor are those who have no patience.
57 ـ العتاب كالحب، فلا تعطيه لمن لا يستحق .!
Admonition is like love, so do not give it to someone who does not deserve it.
58 ـ الأفعى لها جلد ناعم وفمها مليء بالسم ،كذلك بعض البشر يمتلك لساناً جميلاً و قلباً أسوداً .
The snake has a smooth skin and a venomous mouth. And some people are smooth talkers with dark hearts.

59 ـ خُذْ مِنْ أمِّكَ دعوة ومن أبيك نصيحة ثم اقهر مصاعب الحياة ،
Take from your mother a supplication and from your father an advice and conquer life’s hardship.

60 ـ لَستُ شخصاً بلا أخطاء ، ولكنْ لستُ مِمَّنْ يَخدع الأحِبَّة ويخون الأصدقاء .
I am not without mistakes. But I am not a person who deceives the beloved ones or betrays the friends
61 ـ كُلَّما ازداد الإنسان غباوة ازداد يقيناً بأنه أفضل من غيره في كل شيء .
The more stupid a person is, the more certain he is better than others in everything.
62 ـ لن يقاسمك الوجع أحدٌ ! إنتبه لنفسك جيداً .
Pay attention to yourself, no one else will share you pain.
63 ـ الصمت هو المحاولة الأخيرة لإخبارهم بكل شيء لم يفهموه حين كنا نتكلم .
Silence is the last attempt to tell them everything they did not understand while we were talking.

64 ـ الصباح الذي لاتَسمع فيه ( صباح الخير ) مِمَّنْ تُحب، يبقى ليلاً حتى إشعارٍ آخر !
The day that you don’t hear from your loved ones “good morning” is an endless night.
