45:13 – “And He has made subservient to you whatsoever is in the heavens and
whatsoever is in the earth, all, from Himself; most surely there are signs
in this for a people who reflect.”

The sea, in the preceding verse, is only example of God’s cherishing care in
making all things in nature available for the use of man. He has subjected
to him all that is in the universe. Man through his genius and faculties
given to him by God can conquer the worlds if only he follows His laws and
